Hours: Full Time, Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week (35 working hours and a paid 1 hr lunch break a day)

PayPlan are here to support our clients the best way we can and as the HR team we support our employees and managers to do this to the best of their ability. This role will have a focus on supporting new employees joining the business, preparing onboarding documents, and ensuring that any new joiners have a warm and welcoming onboarding experience.
Responsibilities
- Preparing and distributing HR documents
- Supporting the Recruitment Partner with all elements of onboarding including CV reviews, arranging interviews, and preparing employment contracts
- Monitoring and supporting with the HR inbox
- Keeping employee files up to date
- Accurately capturing and distributing meeting minutes
Qualifications and Skills
It would be great to have a keen interest in data as you will be extracting and organising data from our HR system, keeping it up to date to ensure accurate data can be reported to the business. A strong working knowledge of excel is important for this role as creating basic reports for the business will be crucial. You will be great at multitasking, have a ‘can-do’ attitude and be very well organised. You will regularly speak with internal and external stakeholders so being a great communicator is vital. Due to the nature of this role, it’s extremely important that you are able to maintain complete confidentiality at all times. While some early experience or a genuine interest in HR or Recruitment would be an advantage, we welcome applications from individuals who bring enthusiasm and a strong work ethic.
