Location: Grantham (Onsite 4 days a week, 1 day working from home once proven competency)
Hours: Full Time, Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week (35 working hours and a paid 1 hr lunch break a day)

We’re undergoing an exciting phase of transformation and growth, and we’re looking for a proactive, highly organised Executive Assistant to join our C-Suite support team. This is a unique opportunity to operate at the heart of our executive function, ensuring seamless delivery of strategic priorities and enabling our senior leaders to focus on driving business success.
Responsibilities
- Proactively manage and prioritise executive meetings and schedules, including preparing agendas and taking minutes
- Provide diary and inbox management and support to the C-Suite, along with additional administrative tasks
- Coordinate complex travel arrangements and manage expense tracking and reporting
- Assist with data collection, concise analysis, and preparing impactful presentations for senior stakeholders
- Provide support for executive visitors to ensure that their experience on site is seamless
What you’ll bring
- Proven experience supporting at C-Suite or director level, ideally within a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at senior levels
- Strong organisational skills and a keen attention to detail
- Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information
- A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and adapt quickly
- Full UK Driving licence
