What You’ll Do
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and industry shifts to identify opportunities and risks.
- Own the development of accurate market forecasts and influence business planning, target‑setting, and strategic prioritisation.
- Prepare briefing materials, insightful presentations, and board‑level reports.
- Provide strategic leverage to the CEO by leading confidential and business‑critical initiatives.
- Translate research into actionable insight.
- Partner with the PayPlan Design Authority.
- Shape policy opinions and draft documentation to influence external stakeholders.
- Lead and execute thematic change strategies.
- Provide oversight and guidance for complex problem‑solving.
- Act as a senior point of reference for performance queries.
- Build strong relationships across the ExCo and wider organisation.
- Establish high standards of performance.
