TOTEME is a fashion house rooted in Swedish sensibilities, modern aspirations and the notion of style. With an appreciation for women’s many roles and how pieces are worn in practice, we create emblematic designs with an emphasis on materiality and shape. Representing a direct and decisive way of dressing, the collections are contextualized in curated edits, visuals and spaces. TOTEME was founded in 2014 by Elin Kling and Karl Lindman. From the atelier in Stockholm, we create collections spanning ready‑to‑wear, shoes, bags, accessories and jewelry.

The Role

TOTEME is looking for a Sales Advisor to join our store in London on Sloane Street part time (3 days a week). In this role you will act as a brand ambassador, providing excellent service and building long‑term relationships with our customers and driving business in all aspects, from sales to brand building. You will report to the Store Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture strong client relationships to drive loyalty, engagement, and an elevated shopping experience.
  • Work both independently and collaboratively to support daily operations and achieve sales targets.
  • Engage in merchandising and styling to maintain a visually compelling store environment.
  • Plan and execute daily store operations.
  • Work towards company standards and goals.
  • Participate in and contribute to TOTEME’s social and environmental sustainability strategy.

Your profile

  • Previous experience in high‑end service with a strong lifestyle brand.
  • Proven success in delivering outstanding customer service, clienteling, and exceeding sales goals.
  • Strong understanding of fashion, styling, and brand storytelling.
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
