The Role
TOTEME is looking for a Stock Supervisor to join our teams at Mount Street and Sloane Street in London. In this role, you will be responsible for managing back-of-house operations for both stores, including stockroom organization and inventory control, while also supporting the store team in delivering an exceptional client experience on the shop floor. You will collaborate closely with the Retail, Buying, Planning, and Client Services teams. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, you will divide your time between the two stores, spending four days per week at Mount Street and one day per week at Sloane Street.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure the stockroom is always organized.
- Receive, process and organize incoming stock.
- Prepare and dispatch outgoing stock, including transfers and returns.
- Support the team in daily store operations and ensure smooth back-of-house functionality.
- Monitor and contribute to achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and business targets.
- Execute and improve workflows to optimize store efficiency, both independently and as part of a team.
- Serve as a point of contact between the store and cross-functional departments.
- Participate in and contribute to TOTEME’s social and environmental sustainability strategy.
Your Profile
- Previous experience in stock management, ideally within the luxury sector.
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as required.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.
