The Role TOTEME is looking for a PR Manager - Menswear to join our team in London, Paris or Stockholm.

In this role, you will be responsible for the strategic development, management, and execution of TOTEME’s Menswear PR activities.

Acting as the company’s market specialist, you will be responsible for adapting and localizing the global PR strategy, press communications and events.

You will report to the Global Head of PR.

Responsibilities Manage and expand relationships with press, influencers, opinion formers, and industry leaders.

Grow brand awareness through news placements, event coverage, product placements, media grid creation and product seeding for brand ambassadors and press.

Lead and execute local PR projects, including store openings, events, and collaborations.

Manage guest lists for local events and press days, with support for global events and seasonal fashion shows.

Handle administrative duties, including managing the PR budget, coordinating store pulls, and meeting notes.

Foster strong working relationships with colleagues across various departments, including marketing, brand, store operations, trade, and logistics.

Participate in and contribute to TOTEME’s social and environmental sustainability strategy.

Your Profile 5+ years of relevant PR experience at an in-house fashion brand or agency.

Extensive knowledge of the high-end fashion segment, including brands, press, VIPs, influencers, and the evolving PR landscape across print, digital, and celebrity media.

Proven track record in managing and expanding relationships with key press, influencers, and industry leaders.

Strong organizational and project management skills, with a proven ability to lead local PR initiatives, including store openings, events, and collaborations.

Fluent in spoken and written English.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively, share information clearly, and collaborate confidently with cross-functional teams.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.
