The Role
TOTEME is looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our London Flagship store on Mount Street on a full‑time basis. In this role, you will support the Store Manager in leading the team, driving sales, and delivering an elevated client experience. As a brand ambassador, you will help cultivate a welcoming and inspiring in‑store environment while building lasting client relationships. You will report directly to the Store Manager.
Responsibilities
- Manage store operations, ensure efficient workflows, and staff scheduling.
- Drive sales performance and monitor progress to consistently meet or exceed targets.
- Provide daily coaching and support to Sales Advisors, ensuring high team performance and consistent service excellence.
- Guide the team on brand knowledge, collections, store experience, and operational procedures.
- Support the planning and execution of in‑store events and activations in collaboration with the Store Manager.
- Lead by example in developing strong client relationships and fostering a culture of genuine clienteling.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are met and coach the team on day‑to‑day execution.
- Conduct regular team briefings to align on business priorities, company policies, and new collections.
- Share product insights and qualitative feedback with internal teams, based on client needs and local trends.
- Participate in and contribute to TOTEME’s social and environmental sustainability strategy.
Your Profile
- Minimum of three years of experience in a senior retail role, preferably within the luxury fashion sector.
- Experience in leading and coaching a high‑performing team.
- Solid understanding of store workflows, budgeting, and performance analysis.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
