The Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and commercially focused Client Acquisition Manager to identify, engage, and secure new clients for Totec Recruitment. This is a sales-focused role where success will be measured by your ability to generate new business opportunities, win recruitment contracts, and build long-term client relationships.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation through to negotiating terms and securing signed agreements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and target new business opportunities
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and business development activities.
  • Arrange and conduct client meetings, both virtually and in person.
  • Present and promote Totec Recruitment's services to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate terms of business and recruitment agreements.
  • Secure new client partnerships and recruitment contracts.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Develop long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Work closely with recruitment consultants to ensure successful delivery of client requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of business development activity within the CRM system.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition.
  • Strong track record of winning new business and closing deals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive and results-driven approach.
  • Ability to manage a sales pipeline and work independently.
  • Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
