They are seeking a Project Coordinator with a pre-construction and construction background to join their growing team on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the progress of project teams and help them accomplish their tasks
- Communicate project objectives and status to project team members, including programme and commercial submissions
- Assist with allocating resources and scheduling project-related activities
- Coordinate and help to plan project management activities
- Ensure that projects stay within allocated budgets
- Initiate enquiries and coordinate with suppliers
- Identify bottlenecks in the project and plan resolutions
- Create reports about projects and report to the senior management team
- Assist with training project teams and providing them with tools necessary to complete project activities
- Assist the project manager with planning, scheduling and budgeting
- Present project plans and project budgets to clients
