The Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and commercially focused Client Acquisition Manager to identify, engage, and secure new clients for Totec Recruitment. This is a sales-focused role where success will be measured by your ability to generate new business opportunities, win recruitment contracts, and build long-term client relationships. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation through to negotiating terms and securing signed agreements.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target new business opportunities
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and business development activities.
- Arrange and conduct client meetings, both virtually and in person.
- Present and promote Totec Recruitment's services to prospective clients.
- Negotiate terms of business and recruitment agreements.
- Secure new client partnerships and recruitment contracts.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
- Develop long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Work closely with recruitment consultants to ensure successful delivery of client requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of business development activity within the CRM system.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition.
- Strong track record of winning new business and closing deals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
