Totara is seeking an Operations PMO Lead to manage a small, globally distributed team of Project Managers across the UK, Australia, and the US. You will personally own and drive a portfolio of operational, systems, and change projects, delivering them from scoping through BAU handover.
You will lead by example, coaching peers while maintaining high standards, supporting capacity planning, and embedding continuous improvement across functions. This role reports to the COO.
