The Bridge Academy is seeking a TOTAL Manager to lead the Time Out To Access Learning room, supporting pupils who have not met behaviour expectations.

You will collaborate with pastoral teams and senior leaders to guide reflection, resetting, and reintegration, ensuring a calm, purposeful learning environment.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, experience with young people in a secondary setting, and excellent communication.
