Totalwellnessacupuncture is looking for a TOTAL Manager (Behaviour Support) to oversee the operations of the TOTAL Room, a space dedicated to supporting pupils who have not met behaviour expectations. The successful candidate must have experience working with young people and a solid understanding of behaviour management strategies.
This term-time position involves working Monday to Friday, totaling 37.5 hours per week, and ensures that high standards of student culture are maintained across the school. A calm and solution-focused approach is essential.
