EFI Group is seeking a dedicated Safeguarding Manager to lead safeguarding and welfare across our educational campuses in London. As Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL), you will manage referrals, maintain confidential records, assess risk and ensure statutory duties are met, while providing line management to the safeguarding team.
You will collaborate with curriculum teams and external agencies to promote a safe, inclusive environment for learners aged 16+, driving wellbeing and inclusion.
