Northbridge Community School in Inner London is seeking an inspirational SENCO to lead SEND provision across the school, starting September 2026. This permanent, full-time role offers a salary of £42,981–£66,625 plus SEN Allowance and strong senior leadership backing.
You will lead SEND strategy, manage EHCPs and annual reviews, ensure statutory requirements are met, and collaborate with Educational Psychologists, SALTs, OTs and Local Authorities.
