Your new role

• Lead and oversee all aspects of business support across the school, guiding a team of professionals who enable the delivery of high-quality education by effectively supporting both teaching and support staff.
• Provide strategic and operational leadership for the school’s core business functions including finance, human resources, facilities and estate management, IT, catering, and administration ensuring optimal resource use and promoting excellence in service delivery.
• Serve as a key member of the senior leadership team, contributing to whole-school decision‑making and strategic planning.
• Offer expert advice and support to the Headteacher, senior leaders, and governors on financial and administrative matters, ensuring compliance with school policies and procedures in areas such as finance, HR, health and safety, and site management.
• Your presence is expected during term time in school. However, hybrid working arrangements are available during school holidays, as well as some discretion in scheduling annual leave.
