Role Summary

Provide high-quality service to customers and colleagues, remain calm under pressure, and problem-solve resourcefully while planning daily workload of operatives using IT systems and Dynamic Resource Scheduler (DRS) software.

Responsibilities

  • Plan the daily workload of operatives using IT systems and DRS software.
  • Manage repair appointments in their entirety, including changing operatives' workloads and making decisions on how and when repairs are completed.
  • Ensure residents and operatives are kept informed of their repair status from start to finish.
  • Build strong working relationships with operatives, repairs managers, and technical leads to support efficient, professional repair service delivery.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience in repairs planning, preferably within a housing association or local authority.
  • Excellent problem‑solving and resourcefulness.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
