About the role This new role supports the design, coordination, and delivery of the British Museum's talent development initiatives, with a focus on early and entry-level career pathways such as apprenticeships, internships, and work experience.

The role also provides support to the Talent Acquisition team across all recruitment activities and projects.

Key areas of responsibility Coordinate and support early careers programmes, including apprenticeships, internships, and work experience initiatives.

Assist in the design and delivery of talent development programmes and learning interventions, including management training.

Provide administrative and operational support across programme delivery (e. g. scheduling, events, onboarding, tracking progress).

Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners (e. g. schools, universities, training providers).

Support recruitment activities for early career talent, ensuring an inclusive and positive candidate experience.
