The National Gallery has an exciting opportunity for an Estates Capital Works Project Manager to join the Building and Facilities Department working in the Building Fabric Projects and Maintenance team reporting to the Building Manager.

We are seeking a skilled and organised individual who will lead the delivery of day to day maintenance and refurbishment projects that support the repair and presentation of the Gallery's Grade I listed estate.

This role involves coordinating works across departments, managing project budgets and timelines, and ensuring minimal disruption to day-to-day operations.

You'll liaise with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders, and maintain accurate records, condition reports, and specialist documentation to uphold the safety and integrity of the building, staff, visitors, and the collection.
