The London Borough of Hillingdon is recruiting Homelessness Caseworkers to join our housing needs service.
You will manage a varied caseload of residents who are homeless or threatened with homelessness, delivering prevention and relief interventions and helping secure sustainable housing.
Working within specialist teams, you will undertake assessments, develop Personalised Housing Plans, and work with partners to access housing options while maintaining compliant records.
