Overview
Phoenix Community Housing is a housing organisation led by residents, with a tenant as Chair and residents as the largest group on the Board.
We emphasise resident involvement as a core strength and have achieved a range of accolades as a result.
We are based in south Lewisham, London, and are focused on building new homes in the area and expanding our housing stock.

Responsibilities
- Support governance practices to ensure high-quality, transparent and compliant governance.
- Implement and comply with the social housing regulatory framework and deliver against annual governance cycles and board and committee logistics.
- Maintain systematic, proactive record keeping with high attention to detail.
- Take and produce accurate minutes and assist with writing reports; collaborate across a wide range of audiences.
- Administer and manage governance processes as required throughout the role.
