A friendly and inclusive primary school in Coventry is looking to appoint a dedicated Primary Teacher or Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join its teaching team from September 2026.

What’s the role?
The successful candidate will:

Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons across the primary curriculum

Establish a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment

Develop strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues

Assess pupil progress and adapt teaching to support individual needs

Take an active role in the wider life, values, and community of the school
What are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who:

Holds QTS or is on track to achieve Qualified Teacher Status

Has a degree in Education, Psychology, or a related subject (2:1 or above)

Is passionate about child-centred learning and supporting pupil wellbeing

Is committed to raising attainment and securing positive outcomes for pupils

Brings enthusiasm, creativity, and a positive approach to the classroom

Works well collaboratively and contributes positively to the wider school team
