Do you have the courage and capability to question established ways of working, surface inequity, and redesign People Systems, Policies, Procedures and Processes so that fairness, belonging and accountability are built in not bolted on? This is a system-shaping opportunity to work alongside our Board, Leaders, Colleagues and Partners to challenge systemic oppression, racism and social injustice, and to embed fairness, belonging and solidarity across the organisation. Delivery will be grounded in a social and human lens, centring equity, dignity and care while supporting our systems to reduce inequality.
As part of our People Services transformation, we have co-created a new Deputy Director of People role to help bring these commitments to life not just in policy, but in the everyday lived experience of our workforce, through the strategic and operational leadership of the People Services team. You will be a key partner in:
- Supporting the Trust Board to deliver its strategic intent
- Embedding our continuous improvement approach, CWPi
- Turning the People Promise into practical, sustained action
