The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.

37 hours per week Temporary until 31st March 2028. An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Prevention & Wellbeing Service for a motivated and organised individual to support the delivery of key transformational projects and partnership initiatives across Bridgend County Borough. The role will involve leading and coordinating projects, supporting consultation and engagement activity, managing project documentation and reporting, and working closely with internal services, regional partners and community organisations.

Qualifications:

  • Experience of delivering projects or programmes
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • The ability to manage competing priorities and work independently
  • Good organisational and report writing skills
  • A collaborative and proactive approach to partnership working

This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in strategic project delivery while supporting prevention and wellbeing priorities across the borough. The ability to greet customers through the medium of Welsh is a requirement for this post. Protecting children, young people or adults at risk is a core responsibility of all council employees.
