Responsibilities
- Coaching managers/Headteachers to enable them to be effective people managers.
- Providing advice and guidance on matters such as attendance, employee performance, disciplinary actions, and organisational change.
- Attending in‑person meetings across Bridgend County Borough.
- Protecting children, young people, or adults at risk as a core responsibility of all council employees.
Qualifications
- CIPD qualified or able to demonstrate considerable relevant experience.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organisational skills.
- Experience supporting managers to find innovative solutions.
- Proven professional HR generalist experience in a busy, multi‑disciplinary HR environment.
