The predicted salary is between 45000 - 55000 £ per year.
TotalSim is a world renowned CFD consultancy. Our engineers work across renewable energy, performance sport, complex external flows, internal building flows and multiphase flows, often several of them in the same year. We are looking for a senior engineer with at least three years of industrial CFD behind them to take on projects of their own. Our clients range from SMEs to multifunctional OEMs and as an independent consultancy we stay close enough to all of them to be in the room when decisions are made.
You will need:
- A right to work in the UK
- Engineering degree, 2:1 or above
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, to be able to explain a result to a client, not just to a colleague.
An advantage but not essential:
- OpenFOAM
- STAR-CCM+
- Ansys Fluent
- Experience across several CFD problem types
- Be comfortable working to tight deadlines as part of a team.
