Help Shape the Future of Housing Asset Management. Every day, housing providers across the UK are balancing growing compliance demands, ageing housing stock, increasing tenant expectations, and the pressure to do more with less. Behind every successful repairs programme, compliance inspection, stock condition survey, and planned investment strategy is one critical factor: accurate, accessible asset intelligence. At Totalmobile, we believe frontline teams deserve better technology that connects people, assets, data, and decisions. Technology that helps housing organisations move from reactive maintenance to proactive asset management.

We're looking for an experienced Software Implementation Consultant who understands the challenges social housing providers face and has successfully delivered asset management technology solutions within the sector. Whether you've implemented housing asset management platforms, compliance systems, stock condition solutions, repairs technology, or wider property management software, you'll play a key role in helping our customers modernise the way they manage and maintain their housing assets.

This is an exciting time to join Totalmobile. In 2026, Totalmobile and German field service technology leader Solvares Group joined forces to create one of the world's most comprehensive providers of field service and workforce optimisation software, bringing together more than 800 employees and supporting over 4,000 customers across Europe, the UK and Australia. Our journey doesn't stop there. Having established a strong presence across the UK and Ireland and expanded successfully into Australia, we have continued our international growth with the launch of our Canadian operations in 2026, further extending the reach of our Field First platform into new markets. Despite our global growth, we remain focused on what matters most: helping organisations deliver better services through smarter field operations.

You will lead the implementation of Totalmobile's Field Asset Management solution, helping social housing organisations gain complete visibility and control over their property assets throughout their lifecycle. Our solution enables housing providers to manage asset data more effectively, improve compliance management, streamline inspections, support planned investment programmes, and make informed decisions based on real-time information from the field. By connecting frontline teams with accurate asset intelligence, housing organisations can improve service delivery, reduce risk, optimise spend, and create safer homes for residents.

You'll become a trusted advisor to housing providers, working alongside asset managers, compliance teams, property services leaders, surveyors, and operational stakeholders to understand their challenges and design solutions that deliver measurable outcomes. From discovery workshops and business process mapping through to solution configuration, training, testing, go-live, and ongoing optimisation, you'll guide customers through their entire transformation journey. You'll work closely with Project Managers, Product Teams, Developers, Customer Success Managers, and Account Directors to ensure every implementation delivers real value while maintaining the highest standards of customer experience. You'll also have opportunities to support demonstrations, pre-sales engagements, and strategic customer discussions, helping organisations understand how technology can transform the management of their housing assets.

You understand social housing because you've worked in it. Perhaps you've implemented housing asset management software, compliance solutions, repairs and maintenance systems, stock condition platforms, property management applications, or wider field service technology for housing associations, local authorities, ALMOs, or housing contractors. You know that successful implementations aren't just about configuration. They're about understanding business processes, engaging stakeholders, managing change, and helping customers achieve better outcomes.

Ideally, you'll bring:

  • Experience delivering software implementation projects within the UK social housing sector.
  • Strong knowledge of housing asset management, property compliance, repairs, maintenance, planned works, or stock investment programmes.
  • Experience leading customer workshops, gathering requirements, configuring solutions, training users, and supporting successful go-lives.
  • The ability to build credibility with both operational and executive stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a consultative approach.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts into meaningful business outcomes.

Why Join Totalmobile? You won't just be implementing software. You'll be helping some of the UK's largest housing providers make better decisions about their homes, improve compliance, support frontline teams, and ultimately deliver better outcomes for residents. You'll join a business with the scale and backing of an international technology leader, the agility of a fast-moving software company, and a culture built around innovation, collaboration, and customer success. As Totalmobile continues its global expansion across Europe, Australia, and Canada, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact while growing your own career in a business that is helping redefine the future of field service and asset management.

If you're an experienced implementation consultant who understands housing assets, thrives on solving complex customer challenges, and wants to be part of an organisation entering an exciting new chapter of growth, we'd love to hear from you. At Totalmobile, we want all of our employees to feel valued, appreciated, and free to be who they are at work. We are committed to an inclusive workforce that fully represents many different cultures, backgrounds and viewpoints. We are dedicated to supporting inclusion and diversity at Totalmobile. We actively celebrate colleagues’ different abilities, sexual orientation, ethnicity, faith, and gender. Everyone is welcome and supported in their development at all stages of their journey with us.

How to prepare for a job interview at TotalMobile

Brush Up on Your Coding Skills

For a full-time software engineering role, it's crucial that we stay sharp with our coding abilities. Expect technical questions that might involve solving problems on the spot or discussing algorithms. Practise on platforms like LeetCode or HackerRank to get comfortable with the types of questions that often come up.

Know Your Tools and Frameworks

Make sure we’re well-acquainted with the tools and technologies listed in the job description. Familiarise ourselves with any specific frameworks or programming languages mentioned. If TotalMobile uses React or Node.js, for instance, be ready to discuss how we’ve used them in previous projects or coursework.

Showcase Your Projects

Bring along a portfolio that highlights our best work. This could be code samples, GitHub repositories, or any side projects we’ve built. Make sure we can talk through our thought process for each project, especially the challenges we faced and how we solved them—this shows our problem-solving skills in action.

Prepare for Behavioural Questions

While technical skills are key, full-time positions also require cultural fit. Be ready to discuss our previous experiences and how we handle teamwork, conflict, and deadlines. Brush up on the STAR method—Situation, Task, Action, Result—to clearly articulate our past experiences when discussing how we've contributed to a team.
