Ready to deliver technology that makes a real-world impact? At Totalmobile, we're on a mission to improve the work and lives of mobile workers, helping organisations deliver essential services more efficiently, safely, and effectively. Our technology supports thousands of frontline professionals every day, from housing and utilities teams to critical service providers. We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to help our customers transform their operations through the successful delivery of innovative software solutions.
About Totalmobile: Totalmobile is a market-leading Field Service Management software provider, empowering organisations to achieve better outcomes through smarter workforce management. With more than 700 employees across the UK, Ireland, Germany and Australia, we help customers improve productivity, enhance service delivery and unlock measurable return on investment through technology.
The Opportunity: As a Project Manager, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of software implementation projects within our Commercial & Infrastructure vertical. This is an opportunity to work closely with customers who are navigating industry-wide challenges, including workforce shortages, increasing operational costs and rising customer expectations. Through the successful delivery of Totalmobile solutions, you will help organisations improve workforce productivity, optimise resource scheduling and gain greater operational visibility.
What You'll Be Doing: You will take ownership of project delivery from initial project kick-off through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards. You'll build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, acting as a trusted partner throughout the project lifecycle while providing regular updates on progress, risks and key milestones. You'll establish and maintain effective project governance, including project plans, Project Initiation Documents (PIDs) and RAID logs, while coordinating multidisciplinary teams and third-party suppliers to ensure successful delivery.
What We're Looking For: We're looking for a customer-focused project professional with at least three years' experience delivering software implementation projects within a software vendor billable-services environment. You will hold a recognised project management certification, such as PRINCE2, PMP or CAPM, and have a demonstrable track record of successfully delivering customer-facing projects from initiation through to completion. You'll be an excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build credibility with customers and internal teams alike.
Why Join Totalmobile? At Totalmobile, you'll be joining a business that continues to innovate, grow and lead its market. You'll have the opportunity to work on projects that genuinely make a difference, helping organisations deliver critical services more effectively while improving the experience of both frontline workers and the communities they serve.
