At Totalmobile, we’re transforming how organisations deliver services in the field. As the UK leader in Field Service Management software, our Field First Platform is the only SaaS platform purpose-built for field teams—bringing together workforce management, scheduling, safety, and real-time intelligence into one seamless solution. The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager who thrives at the intersection of product, technology, and go-to-market. This is a pivotal role in our business—acting as the bridge between our product teams and our commercial functions, ensuring that what we build is clearly understood, effectively positioned, and successfully brought to market. You’ll play a key role in shaping how our platform and its multiple products are communicated both internally and externally. This isn’t a single-product environment—you’ll be working across a sophisticated platform ecosystem, making it ideal for someone who can connect the dots among multiple solutions and tell a compelling, unified story. If you’ve worked in SaaS, cybersecurity, or another complex technical environment, and enjoy translating technical capability into commercial value, this role is built for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- You’ll define and communicate the value of our Field First Platform—ensuring alignment across product, sales, marketing, and customer teams.
- Working closely with Product Managers, you’ll turn roadmap developments into clear, compelling messaging that resonates with our target markets.
- You’ll own product positioning and messaging across multiple solutions, ensuring consistency while highlighting each product's unique value within the wider platform.
- From supporting product launches to enabling sales teams with the right tools and narratives, you’ll play a critical role in driving go-to-market success.
- Collaboration will be at the heart of what you do. You’ll work closely with product, engineering, UX, and commercial teams, bringing together insights from across the business to shape strategy and execution.
- You’ll also engage with customers and market insights to ensure our messaging reflects real-world challenges and opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
- You’ll bring proven experience in product marketing within a technical B2B environment—ideally SaaS or similarly complex industries.
- You understand how to position products that aren’t always simple to explain, and you’re confident working closely with technical teams to get under the skin of what makes them valuable.
- Experience working with platform-based products or multi-product ecosystems is highly desirable.
- You’re someone who can zoom out to see the bigger picture while also diving into the detail when needed.
- You’re commercially minded, analytically strong, and naturally curious—always looking for ways to improve how products are positioned and taken to market.
- You’re just as comfortable speaking with engineers as you are collaborating with sales or marketing teams.
