Your Impact

As a Solutions Specialist, you’ll play a central role in how we engage with social housing customers and demonstrate the value of Totalmobile’s platform. You’ll lead discovery workshops to uncover operational challenges, shape tailored solutions, and deliver compelling demonstrations that bring our technology to life. You’ll work closely with Sales, Product, and Delivery teams to design solutions that solve real-world problems and ensure a seamless customer experience from first conversation through to implementation. This is a consultative role where your insight, creativity, and communication skills will directly influence strategic deals and help customers envision how our software can transform their operations.

Who We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you’ll already be established in presales, bringing at least three years of experience in solution consulting or a pre-sales technical role. Crucially, you’ll bring experience working with customers in the housing sector — whether that’s social housing providers, local authorities, ALMOs, or housing associations. You’ll have a strong technical foundation and be comfortable discussing platform hosting, integration approaches, and solution or technical architecture at a high level. You’ll balance technical credibility with the confidence and communication skills to engage customers and articulate complex ideas in plain, relatable language. Ideally, you’ll come from the Field Service Management (FSM) sector and understand the ecosystem of technologies and competitors in this space. You’ll be an exceptional communicator with strong storytelling ability, capable of translating features and functionality into real customer benefits and tangible business value. You’ll know how to connect with stakeholders at every level, from technical teams to the C-suite, and bring a consultative mindset that focuses on understanding, educating, and inspiring customers. Above all, you’ll combine technical credibility with commercial acumen and a genuine passion for helping customers solve complex problems through technology.
