Ready to deliver technology that makes a real-world impact? At Totalmobile, we're on a mission to improve the work and lives of mobile workers — from frontline responders to critical public services. We're looking for a confident Project Manager to help deliver transformational solutions that truly matter.

About Us

Totalmobile is a market-leading software provider transforming how field services operate. With a team of over 460 people across the UK, Ireland and Australia, we support more than 1,000 organisations and 500,000 workers to deliver smarter, more efficient services. Our technology helps customers unlock measurable return on investment through innovative Field Service Management solutions. At the heart of our offering is Field First — a fully integrated platform built through continuous innovation and eight strategic acquisitions. From mobile workforce management to operational intelligence, lone worker protection to real-time field tracking, we deliver a complete end-to-end ecosystem.

The Role

As a Project Manager, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of our software solutions, working closely with customers to transform their field operations. This is more than project delivery — it's an opportunity to influence how essential services operate in the real world. This role sits within our Public Sector vertical, where we partner with local and central government, healthcare providers, and blue light organisations across the UK. Experience working in this environment is highly desirable, particularly where security, compliance, and operational resilience are critical. Please note that due to the nature of our work with certain customers, you may be required to undergo security vetting as part of the onboarding process.

What You'll Be Doing

  • You will take ownership of project delivery from initiation through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
  • Working within a collaborative, matrix environment, you will engage closely with customers, internal teams, and delivery partners to drive successful outcomes.
  • You will be responsible for building strong stakeholder relationships, providing clear and consistent updates on project progress, and ensuring alignment at every stage.
  • A strong understanding of contracts, milestones, and deliverables will be key, alongside the ability to manage complexity across multiple workstreams.
  • You will establish and maintain effective project governance, including detailed plans, Project Initiation Documents and RAID logs, while coordinating multidisciplinary teams and third-party suppliers.
  • You will also play a key role in ensuring a smooth transition from sales into delivery, and from delivery into customer success, maintaining continuity and long-term customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

  • You will bring at least three years' experience delivering software implementation projects within a software vendor environment, alongside a recognised project management certification such as PRINCE2, CAPM or PMP.
  • You will have a proven track record of delivering customer-facing projects from initiation through to completion.
  • You will combine strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to quickly understand new technologies and translate them into business value.
  • You will be highly motivated, delivery-focused, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, complex environments.
  • Experience working with blue light organisations, such as police, fire or ambulance services, or within highly regulated public sector environments, would be a distinct advantage.

Why Join Totalmobile?

This is an opportunity to deliver projects that genuinely make a difference, supporting organisations that provide critical services to communities every day, while being part of a business that is continuing to grow, innovate, and lead in its market.
