We’re looking for a Digital Customer Success Analyst (Graduate) to join our growing Customer Success team and help ensure customers get maximum value from their investment in Totalmobile.
What you’ll do
- Analyse customer usage data to identify risks and opportunities
- Support customer onboarding and adoption journeys
- Help create digital resources such as guides, webinars and training content
- Contribute to NPS campaigns and customer feedback programmes
- Work closely with teams across Marketing, Product, Support and Professional Services
Digital Customer Success plays a critical role at Totalmobile — supporting around 75% of our customer base through scalable engagement that helps customers succeed.
What we’re looking for
- You will have a 3rd level qualification in data analytics or a related field.
- We’re looking for someone curious, organised and passionate about customer experience.
- You’ll likely have:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Great organisation and attention to detail
- Confidence working with data and digital tools
- A growth mindset and willingness to learn
- Customer-facing or service experience
- Interest in SaaS or technology businesses
