The Role
Behind every great hire is someone who knows how to spot potential before anyone else does. As our Recruitment Resourcer, you’ll be at the heart of our hiring activity — proactively identifying talent, building relationships, and helping us engage exceptional people across a variety of roles and locations. Working closely with our Recruitment Business Partner, you’ll become a trusted partner in the hiring process, helping to build strong talent pipelines while delivering an outstanding candidate experience from first contact through to interview.
This is a role for someone who enjoys the pace and energy of recruitment. Someone who takes pride in writing personalised outreach that gets responses, thrives on sourcing hard-to-find talent, and understands that every interaction shapes our employer brand. You’ll spend your time using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to identify and engage candidates, crafting compelling InMails that stand out in busy inboxes, screening and qualifying talent against role requirements, and supporting live recruitment campaigns across the business. You’ll also play a part in promoting our employer brand, contributing ideas and content that showcase what life at Totalmobile is really like.
About You
You will have experience working as a Recruitment Resourcer, Talent Sourcer, or Recruiter, either in-house or within an agency environment. What matters most is that you know how to find and engage quality talent in competitive markets. You’re confident using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms, and you understand how to turn outreach into meaningful conversations. You know the difference between sending volume messages and creating genuine engagement. Organisation comes naturally to you, and you’re comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, target-driven environment without losing sight of the candidate experience. Most importantly, you’re someone who enjoys working collaboratively, brings energy to the team around you, and takes pride in delivering great recruitment outcomes.
