At Totalmobile, we’re transforming how frontline services are delivered. Supporting over 1,000 organisations and 500,000 mobile workers, our software empowers teams to work smarter, respond faster, and operate more efficiently. From dynamic scheduling to real-time mobile working, our solutions deliver tangible benefits across the public and private sectors.
We’re now looking for a Software Implementation Consultant with strong integration experience and a solid background in SQL (ideally including SSRS) to join our growing team. If you’re passionate about making software work seamlessly for customers and thrive on delivering value from day one, we’d love to hear from you.
Our Product Suite
You’ll be implementing Mobilise, our Mobile Working solution that puts essential information—visit details, instructions, and workflow processes—directly into the hands of frontline workers via their mobile devices. Whether online or offline, it keeps teams connected, productive, and fully in control. Alongside this, you’ll deploy Optimise, our Dynamic Scheduling solution that smartly matches workforce availability to real-time service demands, creating flexible schedules that adapt to change, maximise productivity, and consistently deliver high-quality service.
The Role
As a Software Implementation Consultant, you’ll manage end-to-end implementation projects — from discovery and design through to configuration, integration, training, and post-go-live support. You’ll work closely with customers to understand their requirements and tailor our solutions accordingly, ensuring seamless deployments that deliver real results. You’ll also collaborate across departments, liaising with developers, project managers, and account teams to ensure projects stay on track and exceed expectations.
What We’re Looking For
You’ll bring over three years’ experience in a customer-facing software implementation role, with a strong command of SQL and a working knowledge of SSRS. You have a proven track record of delivering successful integration projects, often involving complex, multi-system environments. With a consultative mindset and a natural problem-solving approach, you thrive on turning challenges into solutions. You’re highly organised, able to juggle multiple projects without losing sight of the details, and you’re a confident communicator who can translate technical complexity into clear, actionable insights for customers and colleagues alike.
Why Join Totalmobile?
At Totalmobile, you’ll work with innovative products that genuinely make a difference to how organisations deliver frontline services. You’ll be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking team that values new ideas and shared success. With every project, you’ll gain exposure to a diverse range of sectors and customer challenges, keeping your work varied and rewarding. We also offer the flexibility and autonomy to shape how you work, along with clear opportunities for personal and professional growth. Here at Totalmobile, we want our employees to feel valued, appreciated, and free to be who they are at work. We are committed to an inclusive workforce that fully represents many different cultures, backgrounds and viewpoints. We are dedicated to supporting inclusion and diversity at Totalmobile. We actively celebrate colleagues’ different abilities, sexual orientation, ethnicity, faith, and gender. Everyone is welcome and supported in their development at all stages in their journey with us.

✨Brush Up on Your Coding Skills
For a full-time software engineering role, it's crucial that we stay sharp with our coding abilities. Expect technical questions that might involve solving problems on the spot or discussing algorithms. Practise on platforms like LeetCode or HackerRank to get comfortable with the types of questions that often come up.
✨Know Your Tools and Frameworks
Make sure we’re well-acquainted with the tools and technologies listed in the job description. Familiarise ourselves with any specific frameworks or programming languages mentioned. ✨Prepare for Behavioural Questions
While technical skills are key, full-time positions also require cultural fit. Be ready to discuss our previous experiences and how we handle teamwork, conflict, and deadlines.
