In our stores, we like to get to know our customers by taking the time to understand their needs, build a relationship with them and support them on every step of their vaping journey.
A bit about the role:
- Deliver great customer service in line with our 'Mr Wicked Cares' structure
- Accurately process customer purchases to ensure stock accuracy
- Complete customer refunds and credits
- Maintain high store standards through cleanliness, presentation and overall store image
- Keep up to date with, test and demonstrate all of our products
- Assist with stock counts and highlight any discrepancies to the Store Manager
