A bit about the role…
- Deliver great customer service in line with our ‘Mr Wicked Cares’ structure
- Accurately process customer purchases to ensure stock accuracy
- Complete customer refunds and credits
- Maintain high store standards through cleanliness, presentation and overall store image
- Keep up to date with, test and demonstrate all of our products
- Assist with stock counts and highlight any discrepancies to the Cluster Manager

- Develop your team to enable them to meet store objectives and progress their own careers
