A bit about the role…

  • Deliver great customer service in line with our ‘Mr Wicked Cares’ structure
  • Accurately process customer purchases to ensure stock accuracy
  • Complete customer refunds and credits
  • Maintain high store standards through cleanliness, presentation and overall store image
  • Keep up to date with, test and demonstrate all of our products
  • Assist with stock counts and highlight any discrepancies to the Cluster Manager
