A bit about the role…
- Deliver great customer service in line with our ‘Mr Wicked Cares’ structure.
- Accurately process customer purchases to ensure stock accuracy.
- Complete customer refunds and credits.
- Maintain high store standards through cleanliness, presentation and overall store image.
- Keep up to date with, test and demonstrate all of our products.
- Assist with stock counts and highlight any discrepancies to the Cluster Manager.
