Void Property Cleaners required for our client located in B33.
Please note: This role will require some clearance duties from time to time. The suitable candidate must be physically fit and able to lift heavy items when required.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm (1 hour break). Overtime may be required and on-call duties on a rota basis. Temp-perm and permanent opportunities available.
Requirements:
- Full UK clean drivers licence and no criminal convictions is essential for this role.
- Previous cleaning experience is essential.
- Must live local to the B33 area.
- No criminal convictions - a DBS will need to be completed upon a successful probationary period.
- Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy items when required.
- Good communication skills.
