Totally Recruitment Group Ltd are currently recruiting for an experienced Fabricator Welder to join a well-established and highly respected manufacturing business. The Role As a Fabricator Welder, you will be responsible for fabricating and MIG welding heavy-duty equipment to a consistently high standard. Your duties will include: * MIG welding heavy steel up to 20mm gauge * Working with 1.2mm welding wire on large and heavy equipment * Fabricating components and assemblies to specification * Reading and interpreting detailed engineering drawings * Working accurately to set specifications and quality standards * Ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently * Working as part of a skilled production team Experience with the following would also be advantageous: * Plasma cutting * Oxy-acetylene cutting * Manual press brake operations * Heavy commercial vehicle fabrication Experience Required * Minimum 4 years' experience as a Fabricator Welder * Minimum 2 years' experience working with commercial vehicles * Strong MIG welding and fabrication skills * Ability to read and understand engineering drawings * Experience working with heavy steel fabrication The Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone who is skilled, reliable and motivated, with a genuine pride in the quality of their work.
