As a part time Sales Associate, you will have the security of guaranteed contracted hours with the added flexibility to accept available overtime shifts to support the wider Totally Wicked Retail Network. Responsibilities

• Deliver great customer service in line with our \’Mr Wicked Cares\’ structure
• Accurately process customer purchases to ensure stock accuracy
• Complete customer refunds and credits
• Maintain high store standards through cleanliness, presentation and overall store image
• Keep up to date with, test and demonstrate all of our products
• Assist with stock counts and highlight any discrepancies to the Store Manager
• Be professional, enthusiastic and friendly

• Have experience in achieving sales targets or KPIs
• Have excellent communication skills
• Believe in giving every customer the best service

• Successful applicants will be required to undertake a disclosure and barring service (DBS) check
• Be comfortable with working independently and working as part of a team
• Be flexible to work across 7 days
• Be over 18
