About Pioneer Health Care

Pioneer Healthcare specialises in providing insourcing and outsourcing services to NHS patients across a wide range of surgical and medical specialties.

Operating predominantly in the North of England, Pioneer holds contracts with NHS Foundation Trusts and Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs). We also hold the prestigious Any Qualified Provider (AQP) status, which allows us to deliver services directly to NHS patients nationwide, free at the point of delivery, where there is sufficient demand.

Totally plc (also called Totally), the parent company of Pioneer Health Care, manages both Pioneer Health Care and Totally Healthcare together under the Pioneer brand, creating Totally\’s Insourcing Division.

This combined approach strengthens both organisations to offer an expanded range of services to NHS Foundation Trusts, hospitals, and CCGs nationally across the UK and Ireland.

Note: \’Pioneer Health Care International Limited\’, with overseas operations, is not part of the Totally.

  • Your submission will be reviewed & if approved a member of our Pioneer operational team will be in touch regarding available work.
  • We will then commence background checks, be prepared to provide the following from the table below. Once completed, you will be provided with Terms of Business & a new supplier form.
  • Once your checks are successfully completed – someone from the operations or clinical team will be in touch to discuss shift booking, your availability and how to access our systems.
