In our stores, we like to get to know our customers by taking the time to understand their needs, build a relationship with them and support them on every step of their vaping journey.

As a part time Sales Associate, you will have the security of guaranteed contracted hours with the added flexibility to accept available overtime shifts to support the wider Totally Wicked Retail Network. You don’t need to be a vaper to work at Totally Wicked, you just need to have a passion for helping people and doing the right thing. A bit about the role…

  • Deliver great customer service in line with our 'Mr Wicked Cares' structure
  • Accurately process customer purchases to ensure stock accuracy
  • Complete customer refunds and credits
  • Maintain high store standards through cleanliness, presentation and overall store image
  • Keep up to date with, test and demonstrate all of our products
  • Assist with stock counts and highlight any discrepancies to the Store Manager
  • Be professional, enthusiastic and friendly
  • Want to be a part of a Company that will support and develop you
  • Have experience in achieving sales targets or KPIs
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Believe in giving every customer the best service
  • Thrive in an environment where you feel valued

Successful applicants will be required to undertake a disclosure and barring service (DBS) check. Be comfortable with working independently and working as part of a team. Be flexible to work across 7 days. Be over 18.
