We’re looking for someone with a 'can do, will do' attitude to come and join us - no experience necessary - who will deliver high standards and be an ambassador for the TLC family in our community.
What you will be doing in this role:
- To ensure that the daily cleaning of all areas is undertaken to a satisfactory standard by regular recorded inspection and monitoring.
- To ensure the company Health & Safety guidelines are implemented and adhered to at all times.
- To ensure on site equipment and machinery is kept in a clean and safe condition reporting any faults immediately to the office or Area Manager.
- To undertake administrative duties including the completion of time sheets, log sheets and the ordering of materials and equipment.
- To assist Area managers in the training of cleaning operatives.
- To ensure all cleaning store rooms and sluice areas are kept clean and safe.
- To organise staff in instances of absences to cover all areas of the school.
- To liaise with the site management on all matters relating to cleaning.
- To deal with minor disciplinary and grievance issues reporting any escalation of the issue to the Area Manager.
- Carry out other duties of a reasonable request.
