You\’ll have and be great at:

  • A solid HR background Ideally CIPD Level 5+ or equivalent wizardry
  • The ability to read a room, a policy, and a spreadsheet – all at once.
  • A knack for turning chaos into calm.

  • Navigating employee relations with empathy, fairness and consistent
