We are looking for an HR Advisor to join our people team. This role offers development opportunities and a chance to influence people processes across the business.

Responsibilities:

  • You will be the first point of contact for all employee matters.
  • Support managers to ensure probationary, 1:1s and return to work meetings take place.
  • Support managers to ensure meetings are conducted in line with policy.
  • Lead and support on all ER matters and ensure an accurate record of meetings are recorded on personnel files.
