Salary: £13.26 per hour
Hours: 27.5 hours per week, Mon to Fri 08:30am – 13:30
Working Weeks: 39.2 weeks per year plus holiday entitlement pro-rated over 12 months.
Join our School Meals Team as a Cook in Charge at Adswood Primary School. No experience necessary; we value a \’can do, will do\’ attitude. A Disclosure and Barring Check is required. Application deadline: June 27, 2025.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook meals within budget.
- Ensure compliance with food and safety standards.
- Complete administrative paperwork.
- Supervise catering staff, order stock, and manage kitchen operations.
- Implement cleaning regimes and ensure hygiene standards.
- Induct and train staff on equipment and safety procedures.
- Plan menus and handle documentation.
