Job Description
- Ensure daily cleaning of all areas to a satisfactory standard through regular inspections and monitoring.
- Implement and adhere to company Health & Safety guidelines at all times.
- Maintain on-site equipment and machinery in a clean and safe condition, reporting faults immediately.
- Complete administrative duties including timesheets, log sheets, and ordering materials and equipment.
- Assist Area Managers in training cleaning operatives.
- Keep cleaning store rooms and sluice areas clean and safe.
- Organize staff coverage during absences.
- Liaise with site management regarding cleaning matters.
- Handle minor disciplinary and grievance issues, reporting escalations to the Area Manager.
- Perform other reasonable duties as required.
