Join our team and you’ll be responsible for working with a wide range of businesses to uncover and solve their hiring challenges. Your role will be to acquire new clients to increase Totaljobs market share. By developing a deep understanding of your prospects' current and future needs, you will be able to recommend the best of Totaljobs solutions to create both short- and long-term value.

Working in the Sales department, you will work on the entire sales process from prospecting potential customers, outreach and selling our suite of online recruitment products through to client onboarding into the account management team. You will play a vital role as we reimagine the labour market to make it work for everybody.

Your responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Proactively generate leads through referrals, networking, and marketing strategies.
  • Proposal Development: Create compelling proposals tailored to client needs and preferences. Host potential prospect meetings when required and deliver thoughtful presentations and demonstrate solutions.
  • Sales Execution: Generate, negotiate, and close new business opportunities with key and SMB clients.
  • Meet Targets and KPIs: Ensure that sales targets are met on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis through acquisition whilst regularly growing and converting a pipeline of new business.
  • Forecasting: Undertake accurate forecasting by effective use of Salesforce.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated expertise in B2B outbound sales / new business acquisition to drive sales growth.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and KPIs through strategic planning and execution.
  • In-depth understanding of the sales process, from needs identification and objection handling to negotiation and successful closure in the B2B landscape.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software to effectively manage client interactions and track progress.
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills as well as strong attention to detail.
