What you’ll do / Responsibilities:
- Be part of a team responsible for keeping the prison, offenders and everyone who works here safe.
- Build constructive, positive and professional relationships with offenders who could be at the lowest point in their lives.
- Work with colleagues in a fully committed team environment, supporting one another.
- Carry out various shifts and weekends as required.
- In this unique career, you’ll have the opportunity to carry out many different roles in any one day (peacekeeper, counsellor, or teacher) and work directly with prisoners in a unique environment to protect the public and make a positive impact.
